Dalian Jinghua Tools Co., Ltd. was established in December 1992, with a building area of 10,000 square meters, an annual production capacity of 1.5 million stamping parts, a total investment of RMB 10 million, and a quality management system certified to GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008.
The company is located in Lasufang, Dalian Bay Subdistrict, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City, 20 kilometers from the city center, 15 kilometers from the airport, and 6 kilometers from the high-speed rail station, offering convenient transportation and a prime location.
The company primarily manufactures and processes automotive exhaust system components, including deep-drawn shells, cones, tailpipes and special pipe fittings, manifold housings, muffler-forming shells, end caps, baffles, muffler casings, various stamped parts, laser cutting, sheet-metal bending, and welding.
In the area of tooling, the primary focus has been on tool development and manufacturing. We developed Dalian Tenneco’s first manifold housing—the Mitsubishi E3 manifold mold—and subsequently went on to develop the Haima manifold mold, the Dong’an manifold mold, as well as a variety of stamping dies.
